We discuss two Higgs doublet models with successful electroweak baryogenesis but without cancellations of electric dipole moments (EDMs). For the baryogenesis, additional scalar bosons are favored to couple mainly with the top quark with CP violations. The hierarchy problem related to Standard Model embeddings has worsened by the little hierarchy problem, the fact no new physics has so far been observed in LHC data. The talk will discuss how conformal UV completions of the Standard Model and of extensions link these two aspects of the hierarchy problems.
