The conference fee, covering welcome reception, conference dinner, coffee breaks, and lunches is 1400 PLN if paid till July 31st, for a later payment it is 1600 PLN. PhD students may apply for a reduced conference fee (1250 PLN if paid till July 31st, for a later payment 1450 PLN). An application for a reduced fee (accompanied by a recommendation letter from a PhD thesis advisor) should be sent to scalars2025@fuw.edu.pl.
For accompanying persons the conference fee amounts to 1240 PLN (for later payment 1440 PLN), it includes welcome reception, conference dinner, coffee breaks, and lunches.
